Rally Liepāja tickets for all special stages of the rally:

Rally ticket set includes a pass for all rally stages, neck strap, safety guide and a sticker for your car.

Ticket prices:

EUR 14,23 - till December 31, 2013

EUR 20,00 - starting from January 1, 2014

Rally Liepāja special terms:

Entrance free of charge is for children (under 10 years of age) and disabled persons (valid identification card required).

Retired persons will receive 10% discount, upon purchasing tickets at Tourism Information Centres and showing valid identification card. Each retired person can purchase one ticket.

Rules

By being present in the event area with a valid ticket you approve you have read and accept the following rules:

Ticket
Purchased tickets shall not be exchanged or taken back. Should the event be cancelled, you shall be refunded for the tickets by presenting the purchase slip (transfer order).
The spectator shall keep the purchased tickets and purchase slip (transfer order). Damaged or fake tickets and purchase slips (transfer orders) thereof shall be deemed invalid and shall not be taken back by the event organiser.
In order to avoid fake tickets, please purchase the tickets only in the official sales sites listed by the event organiser.
Photocopying and/or further sales of tickets, their holograms or neck bands are strictly prohibited. Any person having purchases fake tickets shall bear full risk by himself/ herself.
Use of the event tickets for advertising and marketing purposes, draws, campaigns, lotteries and competitions is subject to prior approval from RA Events, SIA (Reg. No. 41203049203).
Spectators present in the event area shall carry a valid ticket, valid hologram and neck band, all of which are checked by the entrance.
The event organiser may check your ticket, hologram and neck band any time during the event (in the event area) and at the exit.
Where a ticket, hologram or neck band is declared invalid or damaged, the spectator shall immediately leave the event area.
Transfer of the individual ticket to third persons is strictly prohibited.

Environment
Spectators shall be environment-friendly during the event. Waste disposal is restricted to special sites or waste bins.
Please respect the locals, their properties and belongings in the event area.
Spectators are prohibited trampling of the greenery and corn-fields. Observe the „no passing zone” signs.
Do not leave any rubbish behind!
Please take care of the environment!

Safety
For safety purposes spectators may be subject to control of personal belongings at the entrance.
The admission of children under 10 is free. Parents shall bear full responsibility of their minors and their safety.
Weapons, explosives and drugs are prohibited in the event area. Should anything of the aforementioned be found in the event area, security is entitled to confiscation thereof.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the personal belongings of the spectators.
For safety reasons the event organiser shall have the right to force a spectator leave the event area, where the behaviour of such spectator is disturbing the event or a threat to the safety and health of other spectators and/or event organiser, or where such spectator violates the event rules or the instructions and directions by the organiser.
The event organiser shall have the right of banning a spectator from the event, if the behaviour of such spectator might be a threat to the safety and health of other spectators and/or event organiser.

Vehicles/ parking
Please park your vehicle imposing no disturbance to vehicles of other spectators and the organiser.
Please follow the directions by the security staff of the organiser. Do not park your vehicle blocking the Evacuation Road!
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the vehicles parked near or in the event area.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the vehicles and belongings left in the vehicles, as well as vehicles blocking the Evacuation Road.

Course of the event
By being present in the event, the spectator agrees he/she might be on a photo or camera, and that his/her image might be used for commercial or advertising purposes. In such case the person shall have no right to remuneration or copyright.  
The event organisers shall have the right to changing the event schedule without prior notice.
Any commercial activity in the event area is subject to prior written approval by the event organiser.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the quality of food, beverages, etc. sold during the event. The relevant service provider or vendor shall bear full responsibility for the quality of food, beverages, goods or services provided in the event area.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for any injuries of the spectators received during the event.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for damages to the personal belongings of the spectators, or any lost or stolen belongings.
The spectators shall observe all and any rules and instructions announced during the event, but which are not particularly listed herein.

Spectators – individuals in the event area carrying valid entry tickets.
