RA EVENTS, organiser of the FIA European Rally Championship event Rally Liepāja, in cooperation with shopping centre Alfa and Baltijas Helikopters have announced a lottery, in which five lucky participants will receive VIP invitations to the rally, ability to experience ride in a real rally car or possibility to watch Rally Liepāja from bird’s flight.
