Jaromir Tarabus is present in the world of rally since 1998 and has been repeatedly crowned as champion of Czech Republic in N1 and N2 entries, as well as winning medals in A6 and S200 entries. Tarabus made his debut in WRC back in 2008, right away spotting 5th place in PWRC entry. In 2010 Tarabus participated in Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC) serial and ranked himself 16th in the overall standings. Last year Tarabus entered two ERC events – Jännerrallye (for the fourth time in his career) and his homeland event - Barum Czech Rally Zlin. In the latter Tarabus finish 3rd, stepping up only to Jan Kopecký, who then later became European champion, and Václav Pech.

In this year’s first ERC event in Austria Jaromir Tarabus finished in the very high 5th place, reserving also 2nd place in Czech rally championship entry.
